Thousands of Vibra Screw gravimetric feeders have proven over the years that gentle vibration to assist flow and even density variations provides extremely accurate and repeatable feed of even the most difficult dry bulk materials. There is no need for paddles and internal agitators that are less effective, complicate the design, and degrade the product.

Vibra Screw equips its continuous weigh feeders and batch weigh feeders with state-of-the-art controllers. All controllers incorporate user-friendly, menu-driven software. Membrane keypads and easy-to-read displays support a revolutionary concept of deciphering actual weight from plant vibration and electrical noise.

Successive weighing of material samples will show volumetric accuracies of +/- 1%. The Loss In Weight controller easily refines this, providing gravimetric feeder accuracies as great as +/- ¼%.

This means volumetric refill cycle accuracies that compare with other design's gravimetric feeder accuracies and gravimetric feeder cycle performance that exceeds all other loss in weight equipment being sold today.

Complete control packages are available not just to run Vibra Screw equipment but other equipment included in the system. Motor control panels and PLC controllers are available for turnkey operation.
